Every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and photographed before shipment to ensure it leaves our shop in excellent condition. once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery transfers to the carrier.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged: please take clear photos of the outside package before opening it. secondly, take photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging materials. lastly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. note: these photos may be required to file a shipping claim.
